Our Father in heaven
As we remember those before your presence
Grant us that we may be thankful in our hearts<
That while we on earth are still alive
May we also prepare our hearts to meet them there
Where there is no tears nor sorrows
As we have much earthly comforts
To recall those who left us so suddenly
However, in all thy wonderful creation on earth
You have not forgotten to prepare another home for us in the near eternity
Where our souls may find peace and rest in Thee,
Grant us to know how to do your will while on earth
And make us ready in heart, by the soul and spirit
When our day of departure comes
To know how to walk in your way
Of the Cross..Amen!
